These services are paid, and sessions can be arranged according to your preference, whether online or in-person.<br><br>We offer:<br> Individual Therapy Sessions – For personalized, one-on-one support and guidance.<br> Group Counselling or Team Building Sessions – Designed to strengthen team cohesion, promote emotional resilience, and improve workplace or community wellbeing.
