After completing your free Mind Wellbeing Check, you can choose to connect with a qualified counsellor or psychiatrist through our platform. These services are paid, and sessions can be arranged according to your preference, whether online or in-person.

We offer:
Individual Therapy Sessions – For personalized, one-on-one support and guidance.
Group Counselling or Team Building Sessions – Designed to strengthen team cohesion, promote emotional resilience, and improve workplace or community wellbeing. (Note: prices for group therapy and team-building sessions are the same.)
